Where Is Everybody?
I think everyone is at the convention in Tampa, FL right now shooting the “Wedding from hell”. Lucky dogs. No, really, they created the wedding from hell so that participants at the convention could watch some of the best photographers in the world deal with not 1, not 2, but a whole bunch of nightmares. I would love to watch that. However, all the little problems and quirks of a wedding give it character and prompt a lot of the funnest and most memorable moments.
For example, my wedding; rain, dog down the isle, roasted pig, pig head, guests standing too long during ceremony, and the chicken dance. That’s right, the chicken dance. Not any traditional chicken dance. My father in law can really flap his arms like a chicken and get down with it. It’s hilarious. When I saw him do that at my aunt in laws wedding when Laura and I were dating; I knew that this was a family I wanted to be a part of.
Find people with a sense of humor and you can’t go wrong.
Oh, the other stuff – I’ll tell those stories another time.
Suspense – I love it!
